The session begins with an in-depth assessment to identify areas of improvement, including movement inefficiencies, imbalances, and potential limitations in strength or flexibility. The session will also prioritize mobility work, strengthening, and any necessary corrective exercise and recovery strategies to help you perform your best.

Meet Dr. Shae Sharbutt

Dr. Shae is a physical therapist who received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Health and Exercise Science. She then completed her doctorate of physical therapy at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. — She has experience and certifications in personal training as well as coaching CrossFit with her CF-L1 and is certified to evaluate patients with internal pelvic floor examinations through the APTA and Institute of Clinical Excellence. She is ICE Certified in Pelvic and Fitness Athlete. — Dr. Shae is passionate about treating fitness athletes but also has personal experience with volleyball, track, and jiu jitsu. — When Shae is not treating patients, you can probably find her at the gym doing CrossFit with friends, hanging out with her husband, Tyler, taking their dogs for a walk, or planning a vacation. —
